You are purchasing a digital product and once your payment has been processed and approved, an email will be sent to your billing email with the link to download the file.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
The delivery time of the digital product may vary depending on the payment option. Detailed below:
For purchases made by Credit Card or PagSeguro, the email with the download link of the purchased products will be sent within 24 hours after the payment is processed and approved.
For purchases made by Boleto Bancário, the digital product can be delivered within 72 hours.
For purchases made Manually, Bank Transfer or Pix, the email with the link to download the purchased products will be sent only after the buyer sends proof of payment with his CPF to email patmerklerterapeuta@gmail and the transfer amount or Pix appears on my bank statement. Delivery will be made within 48 hours.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
Refund:
Refunds for any of my digital products can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchasing the product.
Any refund request must be filed within the period mentioned above, the date of purchase being considered as the start date of the period, by sending an email to patriciamerklerterapeuta@gmail.com, with a period of 5 (five ) calendar days for you to get a response.
After the reimbursement period has expired, I Patricia Merkler reserve the right to withhold the full amount paid, without the right to reimbursement, to cover operational and tax costs.
